Your positive attitude and ability to connect with customers will energize the sales floor and motivate your associates. You’ll lead your team to achieve daily sales targets, exceed customer expectations, and ensure every shopper receives personalized attention. You’ll be a mentor, providing feedback and coaching to nurture your team’s growth while driving sales performance and upholding the highest standards of integrity and professionalism.

A day in the life as a Sales Team Manager...

  • Achieve sales goals and uphold customer service standards by holding the team accountable to brand expectations.
  • Train and develop associates in product knowledge, sales skills, operations, visual merchandising, and company policies.
  • Lead and manage associate workload to ensure productivity.
  • Support associate development to encourage professional growth and goal achievement.
  • Provide timely performance feedback and share observations with the management team.
  • Review business results, execution of strategies, customer feedback, and team performance regularly.
  • Coach associates to achieve peak performance and maintain visibility on the sales floor.
  • Drive individual and team sales KPIs and performance metrics.
  • Create a customer-centric experience that delivers exceptional service.
