    The Hanging Height Worked Out Well

    We put this over a round dining table in a room with a tall ceiling, and I wasn't sure how much rod length we'd need. Customer service explained the different rod sections before we ordered, so our electrician had a pretty clear plan. It hangs at a comfortable height over the table and doesn't block the view across the room.

    The Stone Changes a Little When It’s On

    The stone looks fairly clear during the day, but you notice more of the pattern once the light is turned on. Some sections catch more light than others, so it doesn't look completely uniform. I actually prefer that because it feels more natural.

    One Piece Was Damaged but They Fixed It

    One of the stone pieces had a chip when we unpacked everything. I sent a few pictures to customer service and they arranged a replacement instead of having us return the entire fixture. The new piece arrived fine and our electrician finished the install.

    Took a Quick Question During Installation
