    Softer Than I Expected

    I thought the stone might make the light look really yellow, but it's more of a soft warm glow in our room. You can see some of the natural cloudy pattern through the shade when it's on, but it isn't overly bright. It works especially well at night when we don't want all the ceiling lights on.

    Nice for Bedside Lighting

    We used one on each side of our bed instead of table lamps because our nightstands aren't very large. The 3.5" size doesn't take up much visual space, and the warm light is comfortable when we're winding down at night. I usually leave just my side on when I'm reading before bed.

    Small Size Was Actually What We Needed

    Our vanity area isn't very wide, so I didn't want a pendant that would crowd the mirror. The 3.5" shade ended up being a good size and still gives enough light for getting ready in the morning. It feels compact without looking tiny.

    Shipping Update Was Helpful

    Tracking didn't change for a few days after the package shipped, so I emailed to make sure everything was still moving. Customer service checked on it and sent me an updated status pretty quickly. The pendants arrived a few days later and all three shades were fine.

    Glad I Asked About the Hanging Height

    I bought two for our bathroom vanity and asked customer service about the cord length before ordering because I didn't want them hanging too low beside the mirror. They explained that the cord is adjustable, and our electrician was able to set both at a good height. The stone has some natural variation when the lights are on, which I like more than if both shades looked exactly the same.
