    More Detail Than a Plain Shade

    The vertical fluting gives the resin a lot more texture when the light is on. I also like the subtle alabaster-style variation because it keeps the shade from looking too uniform or plastic.

    Flexible Hanging Height

    The adjustable chain gave us plenty of room to set the pendant at the height we wanted. The slim cylindrical shade directs enough light downward while the translucent resin also creates a softer ambient glow around it.

    The Scale Works Beautifully Over Our Island

    Exactly the Bedside Look We Wanted

    We hung one on each side of the bed, and the 12.2-inch-tall shades have enough presence without taking over the wall. The resin diffuses the light into a soft glow, which feels much more comfortable in the bedroom than an exposed bulb.

    Good Proportions for a Small Pendant

    At 4.7 inches across, this is definitely a narrow pendant, which worked well for the smaller area where we needed it. I just wish the bulb were included, but once we added a dimmable E12 bulb, the lighting was warm and easy to adjust.
