    This is a gorgeous chandelier. Compared to other chandeliers, it was easier to assemble since the crystals are all connected already and you just drop them into the slots, so you don't have to fiddle with hooks and wires at all.While the contents had shifted in transit, none of our crystals were broken. But there was an extra of each size just in case.Hint: when installing the crystals on the inner ring, start by putting a short one where one of the cables is, and continue the ABCBABCB pattern around, and they will line up right. A tall one won't stand straight in that slot.I didn't have trouble getting them to stand up straight (as long as you don't bonk the whole think while moving your tree around)It is beautiful with a dimmer.
